Manic and Muffin Monday.....Tropical Nut muffins.

Is there any question you can't look up the answer to on the Internet? Probably philosophical should I? Shouldn't I questions. But I do pretty much Google everything.
Invent a new word that you feel would improve the language and define it. Huggle.....a hugging snuggle. My kids say it all the time.
What is your favorite texture? smooth....

We didn't use the macadamia nut, as I have a nut allergy....but we did substitute pecans for it.

Gosh, those muffins look great! I was so inspired by you that I made some banana muffins at this week's end. I'm certain they cannot compare to tropical nut though. Do you have a favorite??

Claudia- if you like banana bread, you should try the one we did as a muffin monday a while back. It is so fluffy it is incredible!
I don't have a favorite, but the kids like the pumkin chocolate chip and the lemon one we made last week.
The flour! The sugar! It all looks so yummy. :)

I'm going to look for your banana muffins from an earlier post - I always buy too many bananas and the really ripe ones are great for cooking.

And no, I think the internet is a saving grace for me...how do I make____? What if I have____? I don't know how people found information, phone numbers, business information, etc. before...at a snail's pace, I'm sure.
