Photostory Friday: not loving the blur

This was taken at the change of command for the First Cavalry way back in April. ...<----Army speak for basically when one big dog takes over for another big dog. The big dogs hand over the leadership in symbolic ceremony....see those big flags? Each battalion/brigade has one. There are little streamers from each flag or guidons for each thing they have fought in. Since this was a division change of command, there were six battalions, which is a whole lot of honkin' soldiers.

Anyhow, this photo is representitive of my state of being right now: Am I running full speed shooting guns in the air? Yes, they do really do that. But no, I not quite to that level of stress. I am talking about the blur....about the fuzzy, loopy feel to this picture.

I have experienced vertigo a couple of times in the last few years. Vertigo has reared its ugly fuzzy head again. I feel loopy and dizzy. Not the good buzz loopy, more the I-am-going-to-barf loopy.

Fear not, one day soon I might get caught up on my Google reader.

Happy Friday, y'all!

I'm sorry! My kids have been asking about vertigo lately (why, I don't know). I had to explain it although I've never had it. Feel better soon!

Love the photo, even with the blur. I hope you are feeling better soon! It can't feel good to be loopy. *HUGS*

I get like then when I have fluid in my ears or just recently, when I had my ear infection- not a fun feeling! Especially when you still have to be "mom". Hope you are feeling better soon!

Trust me T, I know what you mean. We spent last month (after MANY tests) worrying Sam had pancreatic cancer (we found out recently he does NOT) and at the same time we found out we were pregnant with twins. Not a fun combo.

Anyway, please know your in my heart and thoughts and know that vertigo shall pass too. xoxo.

That's happened to me occasionally, too. There's something called meniere's disease that two of my friends have...eating too much salt is one of their triggers.

i really hope, it goes away .......diappears into thin air and not hurt you again...that Vertigo!!!!

On a lighter note, have you seen Hitchcock's movie by the same name, Tommie???
