Name three things to be happy about today. taking pics of flowers, kids playing, rain clouds (I love to go to sleep listening to the rain. adding a fourth: Husband getting taxes done!
How do you release frustration? This is very hard. I don't like confrontation. I internalize frustration, hence the jaw problems and teeth griding I do!

I noticed my jaw was clicking a lot today ... haven't noticed that in a while. I must be grinding my teeth in my sleep ... gee, I wonder why ....:)

Frustration? I spent years and years like Sisyphus pushing that ball up the hill. The ball usually crushed me on it's way back down the hill. When I get frustrated now, I know I'm trying to force my will and my way. I usually bang around for a while, then let it go. When I'm really stuck, I play with my bees. Nothing is more immediate than thousands of bees flying around your head.

I used to internalize frustration. That's when I took up swearing in the car alone. :)
