INTERESTING decorative "art" to use where you did. AND...my kitchen is painted a close shade to your yellow, but I'm sure it's not called Nacho Chip. For the life of me, though, I can't remember what it WAS named :/.

Off to see your other shot...:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10836471.post-90187737335640534212008-04-13T23:23:00.000-05:002008-04-13T23:23:00.000-05:00I have always been a nester....from my dorm room, ...I have always been a nester....from my dorm room, to my first house with roomies in college, to now. Once I find what works for me, though, I tend to stick to it. We even decorate similiarly. I usually keep the same artwork in the living room, the stuff above the buffet, etc.

The paint we use is called Kilz One Coat Casual colors. It truly takes one coat to paint that mustard yellow and terra cotta red. It is like painting with gel it is so thick. But it does truly make the quarters we have whether for a year or more, it is well worth the $100 worth of paint. Before we lived here, we lived in KS for 50 weeks....we painted. AND had to paint those quarters back to white before we left. Before that, we lived in CA for the same amount of time. We painted the kids rooms, but not the living areas. It was loft living and the living areas were two stories tall.

So yes, we always paint. It does help with the transition for all of us....a few things can be the same even if we are in another place.

Dang, I should have made this its own post!tommiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09744207550343647140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10836471.post-35612038770240178912008-04-13T20:41:00.000-05:002008-04-13T20:41:00.000-05:00VERY beautiful.
